Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the following steps must be followed:

  1. Photo Proof
    Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect within 14 days of receiving your item. Photos should include the damaged area(s) and the packaging if applicable. Send your photos along with your order number to harborandivy@gmail.com

  2. Inspection and Refund Process
    Once we receive your email and photos, our team will review your claim. If the item is deemed damaged or defective, we will issue a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please allow 3-5 business days for the inspection process.

  3. Non-Refundable Situations
    Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Minor color variations due to monitor differences.
    • Damage caused by improper use or handling.
    • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Return Shipping
In cases where a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for items deemed damaged or defective. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If your item is damaged, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement.
